ASPARAGUS UDANG KERING

Assalamualaikum....
Lama betul tak makan sayur asparagus. Biasanya benda yang kita nak, mesti susah nak cari, akhirnya jumpa gak kat pasar SS14 :). Sampai gak hajat nak makan sayur ni. Selalunya saya goreng jer sayur ni, tak pernah lagi cuba resepi lain. Ringkas dan sedap :)

Bahan-bahan :)
1 ikat asparagus (-+ 300gm) - potong panjang 1"
1 sudu udang kering - basuh & toskan *
3 biji bawang kecil *
2 ulas bawang putih *
1 biji cili merah *
2 sudu besar minyak
Garam - optional

Cara-cara :
1. Tumbuk bahan yang bertanda *- tak perlu terlalu lumat, ketepikan.
2. Panaskan minyak, tumis bahan yang ditumbuk hingga garing. 
3. Masukkan sayur asparagus dan kacau hingga berubah warna/layu.
4. Tambah garam (jika perlu sebab udang kering sudah masin) kacau rata sebelum ditutup api.

BUBUR PULUT HITAM

Salam :))
Bubur kegemaran seisi keluarga. Buat atas permintaan en asben. Siap pesan "nanti buat bubur pulut hitam ya, lepas tu boleh la update kat blog, cakap suami saya yang request" hahaha. Jom kita skodeng menu minum petang hujung minggu yang lalu :)

Bahan-bahan :)
150gm pulut hitam - rendam 1 jam dan toskan
1 biji kelapa - menghasilakan 2 cawan  santan pekat
Segenggam biji sagu - basuh dan toskan
2 helai daun pandan - disimpul
Gula secukup rasa
Secubit garam
1 cawan air

Cara-cara :
1. Rebus beras pulut hitam bersama secawan air hingga empuk. (beras pulut akan sedikit merekah/pecah bila sudah lembut)
2. Perlahankan api dan masukkan santan pekat. Kacau perlahan hingga kuah mendidih dan menjadi pekat.
3. Akhir sekali masukkan daun pandan dan biji sagu. Kacau rata sebleum ditutup api.
***Boleh tambah sedikit air jika kuahnya pekat.

BANANA CHOCOLATE RICE MUFFIN


Muffin lagi :) ..tengok resepi ulang tayang yeaaa, resepi edit dari resepi kek pisang sebelum ni..hahahaha...Jangan lupa cuba ya.

Bahan-bahan :)

2 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu kecil baking powder
1 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat
1 cawan gula perang
1 cawan yang telah dilenyek - saya gunakan pisang berangan
1/2 cawan minyak masak
1 sudu kecil esen vanila
2 biji telur
1/4 cawan chocolate rice

Cara-cara;
1. Ayak tepung gandum, soda bikarbonat dan baking powder, susun cawan di atass acuan dan panaskan oven pada suhu 180darjah.

2. Putar telur dan gula hingga kembang, masukkan esen vanila dan pisang, putar lagi dan kemudian masukkan tepung.

3. Akhir sekali baru masukkan minyak masak dan kacau sebati, masukkan dalam acuan muffin dan bakar pada suhu 180 darjah selama 20-25 minit.

4. Setelah siap dibakar, keluarkan dari acuan dan sejukkan atas redai, sedia untuk dihidangkan, selamat mencuba. (menghasilkan 30-35 biji muffin saiz M)

RAISIN PASTRY


Uiiiii bahaya makan benda ni, tak boleh nak berhenti !!! Dah la comel macam siput rasanya yang masin, manis dan rangup buat kita leka mengunyah. Sambil2 tengok tv pun boleh buat raisin pastry ni. Sebungkus pastri menghasilkan 60 biji dan boleh disimpan agak lama jika disimpan dalam bekas kedap udara. Jom skodeng resepi sedap dan mudah ni :)

Bahan-bahan :)
10 keping pasti 4" x 4" - jenama Kawan
Kismis secukupnya
Mentega
Gula Perang

Cara-cara :
1. Panaskan oven pada suhu 160C.
2. Sapukan mentega pada pastry, taburkan gula perang dan kismis.
3. Gulung pastry (seperti gulungan kuih ketayap) dan tekan dengan garfu pada hujung pastry tadi hingga melekat.
4. Potong pada 6 bahagian dan susun diatas dulang pembakar yang telah digris dan dialas.
(sila alas dulang pembakar untuk mengelakkan pastry melekat dan pecah apabila dikeluarkan)
5. Bakar selama 20-25 minit atau hingga kekuningan. Sejukkan diatas redai sebelum disimpan di dalam bekas kedap udara.

SOUTHERN RED VELVET CAKE


Red Velvet lagi..ahakssss. Manjakan besday gurl ni, memula nak cupcake untuk office-mate dan RV cake untk famili. Terpikat dengan resepi ni sebab ada perkataan Southern sebab ai kan orang Selatan :). Resepi ni pun ada perbezaan sikit dar resepi sebelum ni sebab ia menggunakan minyak sayuran dan bukannya mentega Klil jer kat foodnetwork.com  untuk tengok resepi asal.  Apapun rasanya tetap sedap. Jamu mata ya semua... 

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil for the pans
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon fine salt
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 cup buttermilk, at room temperature
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons red food coloring (1 ounce)
  • 1 teaspoon white distilled vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cream Cheese Frosting, recipe follows
  • Crushed pecans, for garnish - saya gantikan dengan almond

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly oil and flour 3 (9 by 1 1/2-inch round) cake pans.

2. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder. In another large bowl, whisk together the oil, buttermilk, eggs, food coloring, vinegar, and vanilla.

3. Using a standing mixer, mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined and a smooth batter is formed.

4. Divide the cake batter evenly among the prepared cake pans. Place the pans in the oven evenly spaced apart. Bake, rotating the pans halfway through the cooking, until the cake pulls away from the side of the pans, and a toothpick inserted in the center of the cakes comes out clean, about 30 minutes.

5. Remove the cakes from the oven and run a knife around the edges to loosen them from the sides of the pans. One at a time, invert the cakes onto a plate and then re-invert them onto a cooling rack, rounded-sides up. Let cool completely.

6. Frost the cake. Place 1 layer rounded-side down, in the middle of a rotating cake stand. Using a palette knife or offset spatula spread some of the cream cheese frosting over the top of the cake. (Spread enough frosting to make a 1/4 to 1/2-inch layer.) Carefully set another layer on top, rounded-side down, and repeat.

7. Top with the remaining layer and cover the entire cake with the remaining frosting. Sprinkle the top with the pecans

Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • 1 pound cream cheese, softened
  • 4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter (1 cup), softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. In a standing mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, or with a hand-held electric mixer in a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and butter on low speed until incorporated.

2. Increase the speed to high, and mix until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. (Occasionally turn the mixer off, and scrape the down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula.)

3. Reduce the speed of the mixer to low. Add the vanilla, raise the speed to high and mix briefly until fluffy (scrape down the bowl occasionally). Store in the refrigerator until somewhat stiff, before using. May be stored in the refrigerator for 3 days.
Yield: enough to frost a 3 layer (9-inch) cake

RED VELVET CUPCAKE


Red Velvet Cupcake :)... lalalalala. Buat atas permintaan besday girl. Kali ni guna resepi dari kutna.com . Resipi ni lebih kurang jer dengan resepi RV kek sebelum ni, tapi rasanya lain sikit mungkin disebabkan tekstur kek lebih lembap berbanding dengan cupcake. Untuk cream cheese topping, rasanya agak manis - sila kurangkan sukatan gula ya :)

Ingredients Red Velvet Cupcakes

  • Butter 125 gm
  • Flour 2, 1/2 cups
  • Sugar 1, 1/4 cups
  • Eggs 2
  • Red food coloring 3 tbsp (don't reduce the quantity)
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • Buttermilk 1 cup
  • White vinegar 1 tsp
  • Bi carbonate of soda 1 tsp
  • Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
  • Cream Cheese Icing:
  • Cream cheese 175 gm
  • Butter 125 gm
  • Icing sugar 350 gm
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp

Cooking Directions Red Velvet Cupcakes

  1. Preheat oven at 180 C.
  2. Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add one egg at and time and beat well after every addition.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and red food coloring, beat well to combine.
  5. In a separate bowl sift the flour and cocoa powder together.
  6. Add 1/3 flour mixture to butter mixture and fold in.
  7. Now add in 1/3 butter milk and mix well.
  8. Alternate additions until all the flour and butter milk in used up.
  9. In a small bowl whisk the vinegar with the bi crab of soda and add to the mixture.
  10. Combine well but do not over beat.
  11. Pour mixture into prepared cupcake baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 10-15 minute until skewer inserted comes out clean.
  12. Cool in baking tray for 5 minutes then place on a wire rack and cool completely.
  13. Top with cream cheese icing and serve.
  14. Cream Cheese Icing: Beat the butter and cream cheese till light and fluffy add half the icing sugar and vanilla and beat again for a few minutes.
  15. Then add the remaining icing sugar and beat well until creamy.

FETTUCINI CARBONARA


Nyum..nyum..nyum.. lama betul tak makan menu ni. Walaupun layan sensorang, boleh bertambah..hehehe. Menu ni saya ikut resepi yg disediakan di luar tin cuma tambah bawang putih dan bawang besar jer. Tengok resepi yok ;)

Bahan-bahan :)
100gm fettucini
1 tin sos carbonara - saya guna jenama Prego
1/2 biji bawang besar - dicincang
2 ulas bawang putih dicincang
1/2 cawan isi ayam
1 tin air - gunakan tin yg sama
3 helai daun basil
5 kuntum cendawan butang - dihiris
1 sudu kecil mixed herbs
1 sudu kecil blackpepper
2 sudu besar minyak zaitun
Cheese powder - untuk extra sedap dan extra kalori :)
Garam

Cara-cara ;
1. Didihkan air dalam periuk, letak garam dan masukkan spaghetti, rebus hingga lembut tapi bukan lembik (ikut arahan pada bungkusan atau keinginan sendiri). Toskan dan tuang sedikit minyak zaitun, gaul rata. Ketepikan.

2. Gaulakan isi ayam dengan sedikit garam dan goreng hingga kekuningan. Ketepikan.

3. Panaskan minyak zaitun dalam kuali, masukkan bawang besar, bawang putih dan bay leaf, tumis hingga layu dan masukan cendawan.

4. Masukkan pula sos carbonara dan air dan dikacau rata. Masak hinggan kuah pekat. Masukkan mixed herbs dan perasakan dengan garam.

5. Tuangkan sos carbonara ke atas fettucini dan letakkan isi ayam ,cheese powder dan blackpepper.

BEST MOST CHOCOLATE CAKE


Kek Coklat resepi omputeh...hehehe. Tak de la superb sangat pun. Setakat oker jer. Boleh juga kalau nak cuba buat kek ni, mana tau korang punya hasil lagi best. Cuba jangan tak cuba ya. Rasanya sedap, cuma teksturnya agak padat. Kalau nak tengok step by step boleh tengok video kat SINI.


Ingrediants

2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
¾ Cup Hershey's Cocoa
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder (Optional) This will make the cake rise just a little bit more than using the Baking Soda only.
2 Eggs (I use large eggs)
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Buttermilk
Note that you can freeze buttermilk so you have it to make another buttermilk chocolate cake recipe later.
1 Cup Mazola Vegetable Oil
1 ½ Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Boiling Water
You can use 1 Cup of strong coffee instead of the boiling water. Doing so intensifies the chocolate flavor. If you're making it for children you might want to stick with the boiling water.
Preparation
  1. Preheat Oven to 300° F
    (This is not a typo! This is a slow bake chocolate cake recipe.)
  2. Use Crisco Shortening to lightly grease and flour the
    9 x 13 in. Baking Dish.
    (It's a one layer chocolate cake!)
  3. Place all the ingredients on the left except the cup of boiling water into a mixing bowl.
  4. Mix at medium or medium high speed. After about 1 minute add the 1 cup of boiling water. Then continue to mix until all ingredients are blended and smooth.
  5. Pour into greased and floured baking dish
  6. Bake for 1 hr. (Cupcakes 22 - 23 min. Be sure to use cupcake liners.)
  7. Test by sticking in the middle with a knife. If it comes out clean... it's done! If not put it back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes and then test again.
  8. Allow to cool.

KACANG INDON



Kacang Indon? Hahaha.. sesuka hati jer bubuh nama kan? Tapi memang orang Indon yang pandai buat ni terutamanya yang berasal dari Acheh. Sekali cuba mesti nak lagi :). Memang sedap kacang ni, masa memula beli dulu & bagi opis mate cuba, sampai sekarang dia jadi peminat setia kacang ni. Kali ni saya cuba buat sendiri atas tunjuk ajar jiran sebelah rumah. Bahanya sangat mudah cuma cara membuatnya yg sangat menduga kesabaran..adehhhh. Kalau nak cuba tu, boleh mulakan dengan 0.5kg kacang dulu ya, nanti kecut tangan….hehehehe

Bahan-bahan :)
1 kg kacang tanah
2 labu bawang putih – ditumbuk kasar
Garam
Minyak

Cara-cara :
1. Kacang direndam dengan air panas yang dicampurkan dengan garam (saya letak 1 sudu besar garam) selama 4 jam atau lebih. – saya rendam semalaman.

2. Kupas kulit kacang hingga bersih, basuh dan toskan.

3. Goreng dengan api perlahan, apabila sudah kekuningan, masukkan bawang putih. Goreng hingga kacang dan bawang putih menjadi kuning dan rangup.

4. Taburkan sedikit garam dan kacau rata sebelum diangkat dan ditoskan minyak.
